You can contact Customer Support at ReCapturit by filling out a contact or feedback form, using chat, or requesting a call back from a Real Live Person.
We'd love to hear from you! From the ReCapturit home page, there are a number of ways to reach out to Customer Support -
- Click on "Contact Us" at the top of the page. This will take you to our Contact Page. Here you will find a short form to submit, which will be sent to Customer Support for a response. Our email address (email@example.com), and mailing address are also included, as are links to our FAQ and Glossary. You should hear back from us within 24 hours.
- You can also click on the "Feedback Frontier" link at the top of the Home page. Here you'll find a feedback form that you can submit to let us know how we're doing. ReCapturit is still in its early days, and we'd love to hear what you think of us and how we can improve.
- Another option is to use our ReCapturit Chat feature. Just click on the dialog box found in the lower right hand corner of any page. This will allow you to start a chat with a Customer Support representative during business hours, or schedule a time for someone to give you a call back.
